Eligibility
✅ You must be a founder or co-founder of a tech/digital startup based in any of the 9 Niger Delta states (Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, Rivers)
✅ Your startup must be between 6 months and 5 years old
✅ Demonstrated impact or innovation in your sector
